You need everything, all the latest updated files from the ROSE Updater.
Then you install my patch (Following the readme I put inside it!), and in theory it should work xD
Though if Vista wants to not agree to that we might have a problem x.x. |

The only files you should be overwriting are "TGameCtrl_r.dll,TRose.exe, znzin.dll,lconfig.nhd,Rose Launcher.exe"
TRose.exe you have to run once after dragging it in to avoid GG Errors
Rose Launcher.exe You use to login to our server. |

I, too, had problems with ROSE, as it didn't respond I have Windows XP though, and all I had to do was go in compatibility and Disable Visual Themes. It made ROSE work like a charm
I don't know about Vista though, but if you have some sort of Compatibility menu, you should check it out

Try the following:
Right Click > Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP
See if that works. Also when running it, right click the icon and click "Run as Administrator".
Not sure if this will work. |
